Thank you for sponsoring GROW LA Fall!!

Here are a few quick FAQs about your sponsorship. If you have any questions please email ryan@joingrow.com.

  • Your sponsorship comes with a maximum amount of staff tickets. You will receive a link to submit your staff ticket information 2 weeks prior to the event. Tickets include all food & beverages, sessions and networking activities.

    Attendance Best Practices:

    1. If you are bringing a co-founder or colleague to the conference, do your best to separate, mingle, move around and get lost in the crowd. The quality of the room you are in is incredibly high, so make the most of it and enjoy the serendipity! By dividing and conquering the conference, you’ll connect with more people and have more leads to follow-up with.

    2. In our experience, bringing a maximum of two salespeople to the conference is a great idea. Use your other tickets for C-suite executives and Community Directors / Managers. This ensures attendees can enjoy connecting with a full cross-section of your team, and learn as much as possible about how your business works

  • You have unlimited tickets available for your retail brand clients or potential clients. Please share this application link.

    Please note, unlimited tickets are for your retail brand clients and potential clients only, these do not cover agencies, consultants or other technology providers.

  • Please find all promotional imagery and copy here.

  • A lead scanning document will be emailed to you 1 week prior to the event. The document will include all the information you need to scan leads at GROW using your cell phone.

    As a reminder, GROW does not provide any pre-event attendee lists.

  • You'll host a small group discussion (offstage) with 10-15 other marketers, on a topic of your choice. We encourage an open, free-flowing dialogue - please come prepared with a few main talking points to start the conversation, and help guide the conversation overall. 5x discussion tables run concurrently while the stage sessions are on break. 

    Duration = 40 minutes
    Expected audience = 10-15+

    Check-in: Please check-in at the VIP Speaker Desk at Registration upon arrival. Please check-in again with the GROW team in the Green Room 30 minutes prior to your session to be led to your table. 

  • Exhibit kiosks are turnkey, pre-built and include your company logo/branding. 


    The kiosk includes 2 stools, plus a small space for a laptop and swag/gifts. GROW kiosks are designed specifically to maximize traffic in our exhibit hall and encourage natural, organic conversation with brand attendees. 

    Please note: shipping your own kiosk to the event is not required/not possible.

  • Our brand audience is looking forward to hearing your latest thought leadership. Based on extensive audience feedback from our 10+ years of event experience, we require speaking alongside a client, as these speaking roles consistently achieve the highest audience feedback scores and these sponsors tend to receive 7x more leads

    Having a client lead the session about tactical lessons and takeaways regarding your service (rather than a talk pitching your services) adds a huge degree of credibility to your speaking role, and will keep the audience engaged. According to our audience feedback, 85% of them say that the sponsor talks feel like a sales call which actively deters them from approaching the exhibitor area.

    We also did a community survey that found out that 75% of the GROW community were more likely to contact partners that gave insightful lessons on how their clients were able to hit their goals (clicks, views, sales etc) using their platform.

    A client case study (one sponsor executive + one client), or client panel (one sponsor executive + two clients) typically works very well. Based on our research, our audience prefers a fireside chat style session without slides. A GROW Moderator will help guide your session, with their role being to ask the most pertinent, relevant and thoughtful questions, as well as to ensure a smooth, free-flowing dialogue over the course of 20 minutes.

    While we are flexible on event session content overall, our audience attends the event to learn about tried-and-tested growth strategies and/or specific, tactical marketing/product campaigns that have been particularly successful (or not!), and what valuable lessons were learned along the way.

    Speaking slot length = 20 minutes. 

    Expected audience = 200+ people.
